Plastic
We collect plastic bottles from various sources and use them to produce PET flakes and regranulate. Thus, we ensure reduction of plastic waste, conservation of natural resources, and promotion of a circular economy by giving plastic waste a new life. Various industries purchase these products and use them to manufacture a wide range of products, including textile. PET-based textile is strong and resistant to stretching, shrinking, and abrasion. They also effectively wick moisture away from the body, which makes them ideal for activewear and sports clothing whose main goal is to keep the wearer dry and comfortable during physical activities.
PET Flakes
We collect PET bottles and turn them into PET flakes. This process involves several stages - sorting, baling, shredding, washing, separation, drying, and packaging. Then, these PET flakes can be manufactured into polyester fibres for textiles, carpets, and clothing. Another option is to extrude them into sheets and films for packaging and industrial applications.
PET Bottles
PET bottles suitable for recycling.
Regranulate
Regranulate consists of small granules or pellets produced from recycled plastic materials through a process known as regranulation. This process involves melting down collected and sorted plastic waste and then forming it into uniform granules that can be reused in the manufacturing of new plastic products.
